One that keeps popping up is guys think the only way for them to be more attractive is by working out. Or making more money. Other then that it’s all genetics and they have absolutely no control.

As a woman I’m bombarded with ads of products that will make me more attractive. Advertising tells me there’s billions of ways for me to improve my beauty. First Aid Beauty FAB Skin Lab Retinol Serum 0.25% Pure Concentrate ($58) – If you want to add 1 skin care product (that’s not an SPF or cleanser) to your routine you HAVE to add retinol! It helps with acne, fine lines and wrinkles, uneven skin texture, uneven skin tone, loss of elasticity etc. Retin-A is available as a prescription and my dermatologist has been trying to get me on it for forever. The problem is that prescription strength Retin-A can make you peel… for WEEKS. It is an extremely annoying process you have to endure in order to see the benefits (which will take months to truly see) and your makeup looks like absolute garbage during the transition time. When I read about the First Aid Beauty FAB Skin Lab Retinol Serum and about how it is formulated to be extra gentle for sensitive skin I HAD to try it. I’ve eased in per their recommendations using it every other night and topping with a great moisturizer (the Belif Moisture

Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Gloss Bomb in Fenty Glow ($18) – This shimmering rose nude color was designed to be universal and it is gorgeous! The formula is amazing too! So many people I know have been loving this gloss.

Sephora Matte Perfection Powder Foundation ($20) – The absolute best powder foundation I have used in a LONG TIME! Makes you look airbrushed!

HUDA Beauty Lip Contour Set in Trendsetter ($25) – This contains a lip liner and 2 liquid lipsticks. A pro makeup artist used this on me and she told me she uses it on everyone because it’s SUPER flattering.

Go-To Products I Re-Purchase

Belif The True Cream Moisture Bomb ($62) – My go to night (and day if I’m traveling and my skin is parched) cream. EXCELLENT moisturizer that sinks into the skin.

Elizabeth & James Nirvana White Dry Shampoo ($28) – My “special occasion” dry shampoo lol. I use Batiste dry shampoo daily, but when I want my hair to smell amazing I use some of this. Warning: it does have a white cast so I do not recommend this for darker hair!!

Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation ($64) – I first splurged on this during a VIB spring sale a few years ago and the hype is REAL! After you apply this don’t be quick to judge.. for some reason it takes a few minutes to “settle” and then your skin will be looking amazing.

IT Cosmetics CC Cream ($15) – My go-to daytime foundation! CC Cream has skin care ingredients AND SPF 50 and great coverage!

Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask ($20) – This heavy duty lip balm goes on my lips every single night before I go to bed. Must have!

New Items I Want to Try

HUDA Beauty Faux Filter Foundation ($40) – I’ve tried a sample of this foundation and found the coverage and the finish to be so amazing! The problem is that a lot of times the shades I want are out of stock when I go to purchase. A must try if you like full coverage.

New Items I’ve Tried That I’m Not Crazy About

Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation ($34) – I’m super oily, but this clings so much to any dry patches you have!

Urban Decay All Nighter Liquid Foundation ($40) – I find this foundation is so hard to blend!

Botox vs. Dysport

Last year when I went home for the holidays I had so many friends and family members say “Wow you look GREAT!” Want to know my secret? I got Botox a week before going home for Christmas so it was in full effect! My forehead looked smooth, I looked more relaxed  and youthful, and it looked really natural and not frozen.

I also had less issues with my makeup getting caked in my wrinkles (the worst). I loved the effects SO much, but then it lasted about 2 months for me and it by 3 months it was completely gone! I was so sad because that stuff is expensive.

💉BOTOX TALK!💉 ▶️🎥 to see it in action! A week before Christmas got Botox for the first time in my forehead, between my brows and a little near the outer corners of my eyes (30 units total) at @alchemy43 and OMG I loved it so much! I got it a week before Christmas and when I was in Florida for the holidays people kept saying how good I looked and I swear Botox is why because I just looked so much more fresh! 🤕Does it hurt? No it’s the tiniest little prick and it was all over in maybe 3 minutes? I did have a headache afterwards last time, but I was also dehydrated, starving and got stuck in traffic and I will definitely avoid all of that next time. Like I say in the video if you’ve ever had a facial with extractions (which I had 3 days post and is why my face is a little blotchy) they are like 100x more painful than the needle. 💸How much does it cost? I paid $9/unit for mine so it was $270 total. They asked me if I wanted my forehead to have movement still or be totally frozen and I said idk? But if you asked me today I’d say I’d be happy if my forehead never ever moved again. ⏳How long does it last? It’s different for everyone it depends on how your body absorbs it. For me my forehead was almost back to normal movement in 2 months and totally 100% back by 3. I was like 😭😭😭 because I loved it so much! It kind of made sense though because I’m never super sensitive to medications like some people are. It can last 6 months or more on other people so you never know! 👱‍♀️👩👵When should you get it done? I got it for the first time when I was 30, but definitely could have gotten it sooner. I have so much sun damage from tanning that really messed me up which is why I have such deep lines on my forehead. There is not lotion, potion, or cream that can make deep wrinkles go away (I asked my dermatologist) so if you are wrinkly like myself this is your most effective treatment by far. 🎊🎉Big event coming up and thinking about Botox? Like I say in my video you will see optimal results in 3-7 days (mine were seen at 7 days for sure) so get it at least a week before the event, but I’d probably do 2 weeks before just in case any adjustments need to be made.
