I have been doing Sephora VIB Sale posts for YEARS! The store is overwhelming so sometimes when the sale comes it’s like wait, what should I buy again? Here’s my recommendations:

What Makeup to Buy at the Sephora VIB Sale
Foundation
Liquid Foundation
Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation is one of my favorite foundations of all time. The finish is natural and perfect. The undertones are a touch orange which helps cover up my dark under eye circles and blue veins. It feels weightless on the skin and it looks great in photos. It’s pricey for foundation so the VIB sale is the time to get it so you’re not paying full price!
CC Cream
IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream Oil-Free Matte with SPF 40 This is my daily go-to foundation. It’s much more full coverage than a BB cream yet it feels weightless. I’d say the finish is more demi-matte so I still set this with powder. I love it and highly recommend trying it. I go back and forth between the matte and the regular version of this.
Powder Foundation
SEPHORA COLLECTION Matte Perfection Powder Foundation This powder has incredible coverage! You will look like an airbrushed doll. LOVE it!!
Bronzer
Benefit Hoola Matte Bronzer this is the perfect bronzer especially if you have fair to medium skin. It’s not too orange, it blends nicely, and won’t look like you smeared mud on your face.
Eye Makeup
Brows
The Anastasia Beverly Hills Perfect Brow Pencil in Taupe has been my ride-or-die for YEARS. The Brow Wiz is excellent, but I feel like the Perfect Brow Pencil lasts longer AND you can sharpen it to get a finer point and therefore more hairlike strokes.
Eye Liner
STILA Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner This lasts a long time without drying out which I love because a black liquid eyeliner is not part of my daily makeup routine. I also love how fine the tip is on this so you can get a super precise line.
STILA Smudge Stick Waterproof Eyeliner My FAVORITE upper water line eyeliner. This really defines your lash line and stays in place well. I use the color Damsel which is a blackish brown.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Pro Pencil This is a nude pencil that can be used a few different ways. You can use it to cover up stray hairs in between brow threading appointments, as an eyeshadow primer all over the lid, or I use it mostly on my bottom water line to cover up redness and help me look more awake.
Eye Shadow
STILA Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow in Bronzed Bell Hero product alert! SUCH a gorgeous product. I wore it out the other night and got TONS of compliments!
Lashes
House of Lashes Eyelash Adhesive I’ve sworn by this lash glue for years. I prefer the white version.
Lips
Lip Gloss
Fenty Beauty By Rihanna Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer in Fenty Glow I have finished 2 of these. Do you know how many lip glosses I own!? I almost NEVER finish a lip gloss, and I’ve finished TWO of these. Perfect everyday color, perfect formula, stays on but not too sticky.
Jouer Long Wear Lip Topper in Skinny Dip This is a really beautiful champagne shimmer lip gloss that you can put on top of most lip colors to transform them. Using a lighter color in the center of the lips can make them look larger too.
Kopari Coconut Lip Glossy Super glossy so it’s great during the day alone or over a lip liner or lipstick. It’s not too thick or sticky and actually feels like it makes a difference in your lips!

Makeup Sponges
Beautyblender You can never go wrong with a beautyblender. Almost every Housewife uses them and they are just the best for blending all of your liquid, cream, and powder products. I always get mine damp before using it.
Fenty Beauty By Rihanna Precision Makeup Sponge I’ve tried a few beautyblender dupes and this one was the only one I liked just as much. I love the flat end for concealing under the eyes.
Makeup brush and sponge cleaners
Beautyblender liquid blendercleanser I like to clean my beautyblender with this cleanser.
Color Switch by Vera Mona Brush Cleaner If you’re super into fun eyeshadow looks this product is MAGICAL! You rub your brush on this dry sponge and the color instantly comes off and the brush is still dry and ready to be dipped in the next color.
Cinema Secrets Makeup Brush Cleaner This is another really handy product because it will clean your bigger brushes (i.e. blush, bronzer, foundation) and they dry almost instantly and are ready to use again. It’s still a good idea to cleanse your brushes for real as often as you can, but this is good in a pinch.
Skincare to Buy at the Sephora VIB Sale
Moisturizer
Drunk Elephant Protini Polypeptide Moisturizer I bought over $400 worth of Drunk Elephant and a lot of it I did not like.. I actually returned a lot of it. This was the one stand out product. This moisturizer is creamy without feeling sticky or too heavy on my combo/oily skin. I love how the product dispenses through a push down top so you don’t stick your grubby little fingers in.
belif The True Cream Moisturizing Bomb This is a more affordable yet EXCELLENT moisturizer. I HIGHLY recommend this one.
Eye Cream
BELIF Moisturizing Eye Bomb Silky, smooth, and you undereyes will soak it right up. I wish this wasn’t so pricey because it’s amazing. If you’re looking for a good under eye cream give this one a try!
Hydrating Face Masks
Laneige Water Sleeping Mask so this isn’t a traditional mask because you don’t actually wash it off. It’s more of an incredible silky gel moisturizer. It’s great for parched skin and I use it overnight and during the day if my skin is feeling dry. I’ve repurchased this several times.
Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask This is a super moisturizing mask that you leave on over night. It also works awesome as an undereye cream or under makeup as a moisturizer/primer. This mask is thick and creamy unlike the more gel-like consistency of the Laneige Water Sleeping Mask, but is still cooling like the Laneige Water Sleeping Mask. It was formulated to be great for everyday use, for people who travel a lot and have dehydrated tired skin, or for busy moms whose skin needs a pick me up.
Lip Balms and Masks
Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask Don’t sleep on this amazing product! This thick lip balm comes with a tiny spatula so you’re not digging your dirty fingers in it and you will wake up with it still on! I wear it before bed and before applying makeup in the morning. I swear it makes my lips look bigger.

Hair Products
DRYBAR 100 Proof Smoothing Oil It physically pains me a little when I have to repurchase this because it’s so expensive, but I keep going back because it’s just perfect. I have crispy, bleached, dehydrated ends and oily the second I get out of the shower roots (cute I know) so finding the perfect hair oil is a balancing act. This product has been on my What to Buy at the Sephora VIB list for YEARS for this reason.
Drybar Sparkling Soda Shine Mist This is a great finisher for when dry shampoo has made your hair look a bit parched, but you don’t want to weigh your hair down with a full on oil. Plus the smell is fantastic.

Hair Towel
AQUIS Lisse Luxe Hair Towel I bought this one a year or so ago and I love it. Now I hate when I go to other people’s houses and they don’t have one. A body towel is heavy it pulls your hair when it’s wet and vulnerable. Get yourself one of these and you’ll use it every time you wash your hair!
Hair clips
Drybar – Hold Me Hair Clips I use these to section my hair when blowdrying and using hot tools. I toss them in my travel bags and I’m impressed at how durable they are!
Products I’ve tried recently and didn’t like
Too Faced Born This Way Foundation – this oxidizes like crazy so be careful which shade you get!
Tarte Creaseless Concealer – Um no it’s not ???
Benefit Benetint – I feel like I just am eating this and it disappears instantly.
