Chic Chilly Spring Fashion Deals – Faux Fur Poncho, Leather Booties, and Liquid Leggings

I’m headed to Toronto next week and needed something cute to wear in the chilly weather so I wanted to share some of the pieces I found last minute!

Forever 21 Faux Fur Poncho ($64.90)

This just looked so effortlessly glam and easy to me this was the first piece I found and it inspired the rest of the outfit.

Sam Edelman Kourtney Booties (~$51)

I love how the stilletto booties looked with the poncho so I originally found these  on Nordstrom for nearly twice the price and they were sold out in the leather so I could only get them in the suede. By chance I happened to check out Amazon and they were available in my size (I go a half size up in boots and booties especially if reviews say they run narrow) I the leather AND were available for Amazon Prime so they would definitely arrive on time for my trip! I wore these out last night and they are surprisingly comfortable for a 4″ heel I’m very happy with this purchase.

Nihoe Women’s Faux Leather Leggings ($12.99)

These  are just the “liquid leggings”  I was looking for (especially at this price!). They are also high waisted which smooths you out and the fleece lining not only seriously keeps you warm, but also makes the leggings thicker and therefore less see-through. I recommend checking the size charts ALWAYs on Amazon because these are some kind of Asian tiny sizing and sizing up because better to have a fitted look instead of too-tight. For leggings I usually wear a large (I’m a US size 10/size 30-31) and for this pair I sized up to the XL and they’re perfect.

American Apparel Leggings ($42)

The other pair of leggings I usually wear are the American Apparel leggings which I have in both shiny black and lame black which is more of a pleather look. Since I’m too lazy to hand wash them I just toss them in the washer once every few wears so they have thinned out a bit. I’m very happy with the new cheap pair and hopefully they will last for a little while!
