Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2019
The Nordstrom Anniversary sale is here! This is the sale where they have New Arrivals on Sale and after the sale the prices go up. This is a good time to stock up on your favorites, purchase well made staples to add to your wardrobe, and start back to school shopping. I’ve included beauty, athleisure, shoes, staples clothes, and work clothes.
There’s also tons of items in the sale that the Real Housewives, Southern Charm, and Vanderpump Rules stars use and love!

I live for a Nordstrom sale. I can sit on a couch clicking through all 800 of the pages lol. I tried to make sure these items were available in most sizes, but if you’ve shopped a Nordstrom sale before you know things go FAST so if you’re even thinking of buying it, just grab it. If you don’t have time to search through every page or just want to see my top picks for the Nordstrom Fall Sale 2018 then here we go!

Sephora VIB Sale Spring 2018
It’s almost Sephora VIB Sale time! Sephora holds two big VIB (Very Important Beauty Insider) sales a year- a fall VIB sale in November where you can get up to 20% off your entire purchase and a Spring VIB sale in April where you can get up to 15% off your entire purchase. The sale happens both online and in store. There is no minimum purchase and anyone can access the sale- you just have to sign up for a Sephora Beauty Insider account which is free! You can login to your Sephora account to figure out what level you are or sign up for a Beauty Insider account if you haven’t already.
VIB Rouge – Sale started 4/13/18 and is 15% off of your entire purchase with code
VIB – Sale is 4/20/18- and is 15% off your entire purchase with code

This sale is a great time to restock anything you’re running low on or purchase a splurge item you’ve always had your eye on and been curious to try.
New Sephora Products I’ve Been Loving
The Ordinary Buffet Peptide Serum ($18) Edit: No longer available at Sephora.
First Aid Beauty FAB Skin Lab Retinol Serum 0.25% Pure Concentrate ($58) – If you want to add 1 skin care product (that’s not an SPF or cleanser) to your routine you HAVE to add retinol! It helps with acne, fine lines and wrinkles, uneven skin texture, uneven skin tone, loss of elasticity etc. Retin-A is available as a prescription and my dermatologist has been trying to get me on it for forever. The problem is that prescription strength Retin-A can make you peel… for WEEKS. It is an extremely annoying process you have to endure in order to see the benefits (which will take months to truly see) and your makeup looks like absolute garbage during the transition time. When I read about the First Aid Beauty FAB Skin Lab Retinol Serum and about how it is formulated to be extra gentle for sensitive skin I HAD to try it. I’ve eased in per their recommendations using it every other night and topping with a great moisturizer (the Belif Moisture
Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Gloss Bomb in Fenty Glow ($18) – This shimmering rose nude color was designed to be universal and it is gorgeous! The formula is amazing too! So many people I know have been loving this gloss.
Sephora Matte Perfection Powder Foundation ($20) – The absolute best powder foundation I have used in a LONG TIME! Makes you look airbrushed!
HUDA Beauty Lip Contour Set in Trendsetter ($25) – This contains a lip liner and 2 liquid lipsticks. A pro makeup artist used this on me and she told me she uses it on everyone because it’s SUPER flattering.
Go-To Products I Re-Purchase
Belif The True Cream Moisture Bomb ($62) – My go to night (and day if I’m traveling and my skin is parched) cream. EXCELLENT moisturizer that sinks into the skin.
Elizabeth & James Nirvana White Dry Shampoo ($28) – My “special occasion” dry shampoo lol. I use Batiste dry shampoo daily, but when I want my hair to smell amazing I use some of this. Warning: it does have a white cast so I do not recommend this for darker hair!!
Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation ($64) – I first splurged on this during a VIB spring sale a few years ago and the hype is REAL! After you apply this don’t be quick to judge.. for some reason it takes a few minutes to “settle” and then your skin will be looking amazing.
IT Cosmetics CC Cream ($15) – My go-to daytime foundation! CC Cream has skin care ingredients AND SPF 50 and great coverage!
Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask ($20) – This heavy duty lip balm goes on my lips every single night before I go to bed. Must have!
New Items I Want to Try
HUDA Beauty Faux Filter Foundation ($40) – I’ve tried a sample of this foundation and found the coverage and the finish to be so amazing! The problem is that a lot of times the shades I want are out of stock when I go to purchase. A must try if you like full coverage.
New Items I’ve Tried That I’m Not Crazy About
Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation ($34) – I’m super oily, but this clings so much to any dry patches you have!
Urban Decay All Nighter Liquid Foundation ($40) – I find this foundation is so hard to blend!

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2017 Recommendations and Wish List
I’ve already dropped about $300 at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale, but that doesn’t necessarily mean I’m done shopping… There’s been years where I’ve put off purchases thinking “oh they’ll be back on sale before I know it” but let me tell you it will take FOR-EV-ER for these pieces to be on sale again and even if they do they won’t be your size or the color you want so if you see something I say take the plunge and buy now! Here’s what I’m still contemplating:
