Hair Texturizing Products

Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray

Madison says that Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray is her favorite. She says it’s a little on the pricier side because “Tom Ford does the scent.” Oribe products have an incredible fragrance that was created to give a luxury experience with a lasting impression for anyone that happens to catch a whiff.

“We had to have a glamorous fragrance. I got the idea when I was traveling with Jennifer Lopez. She is the most glamorous woman I have ever met and she wears a spectacular fragrance. You knew it was her the minute she walked in. I wanted the brand to smell that powerful.”

Oribe describes this spray as “Bigger, better, full-on glamorous hair. This invisible dry hair spray builds in incredible volume and sexy texture. Patented polymers absorb oil at the roots, leaving you with just-styled hair for days (and nights).”

Kristin Ess Dry Finish Working Texture Spray

If you’re not on an Oribe budget Madison recommends the Kistin Ess Dry Finish Working Texture Spray as an affordable alternative. She says it’s a good affordable alternative that leaves the hair gritty and textured and beachy and everything that you want your curls to be.

Kirstin Ess Working Texture Loose Styling Powder

Another Krisitn Ess product Madison likes is the Kirstin Ess Working Texture Loose Styling Powder. She says you just sprinkle this throughout the hair and it works like a dry shampoo.

Curling Iron

T3 Twirl Single Pass Curling Iron

As I mentioned before in the Madison Lecroy from Southern Charm’s hair swoop tutorial blog post, Madison loves the T3 Twirl Trio Interchangeable Clip Barrel Curling Iron Set (which is currently on sale BTW!)

Curling Iron Barrel Size

She said she uses all of the barrels especially the 1″ and 1.25″ to create her beachy waves. She says that a smaller barrel will help the curls last longer. I’ve heard amazing things about these T3 curling irons and how great they are at holding curls for DAYS.

Hair Dryer

In the hair swoop tutorial Madison used a BaByliss Blowdryer. This is a super powerful professional blowdryer that uses special technology to protect the hair from getting too much heat damage.

Blowdryer Concentrator Nozzle

A crucial tip is to use the concentrator nozzle attachment on the end of the blowdryer so when you round brush you’re directing the heat to wear you want it. This prevents the hair from blowing everywhere which can make it frizzy.

Madison LeCroy uses the concentrator nozzle attachment on her blowdryer to ensure she is controlling the direction of the heat and air. This helps prevent the hair from getting frizzy.

Hair Extensions

Madison admits in the video “let’s be honest, this isn’t all my hair.” Madison has hair extensions to give her hair length, fullness, volume, and body. I love hair extensions because they also tend to hold a style better so even if the curls you do in your own hair fall the curls in the extensions are usually still going strong.

Clip-in Hair Extensions

I personally use Girl Get Glamorous Clip-In Hair Extensions in Shade 14/22 Beach Day which I’ve been obsessed with for years. They have matched my hair even though I’ve gone through a wide range of blonde over the years. If your hair is similar to Madison’s I would try Shade 15/26 Ice Queen which will give you that cool ashy light blonde. You can use my code “Hollywood” for a discount on Girl Get Glamorous Hair Extensions.

You can check out my blog post on Wedding Hairstyle Ideas Using Girl Get Glamorous Hair Extensions to see what the extensions look like.

How often does Madison LeCroy wash her hair?

She says she tries to go every 3 days. When you bleach and highlight your hair you want to be careful not to over wash it and dry it out.

Madison LeCroy’s Favorite Shampoo and Conditioner

Madison says she’s “kind of a hoochie when it comes to that” because she likes to jump around and use different shampoos and conditioners.

The One By Frederic Fekkai The Universal One Everyday Shampoo

Madison likes The One By Frederic Fekkai The Universal One Everyday Shampoo. This is a high performance shampoo that helps transform hair from the inside out by protecting against external pollutants and environmental damage. It gives hair touchable softness and glossing shine. It’s suitable for color-treated hair and paraben and sulfate free.

Oribe Gold Lust Repair & Restore Shampoo

Another shampoo Madison loves is Oribe Gold Lust Repair & Restore Shampoo. She turned Naomie on to this shampoo as well. It has that high end luxury fragrance that will leave you feeling fancy AF.

Madison LeCroy’s #1 Beauty Secret

Madison says her #1 beauty secret is that she takes her gay best friend Zach [Childress] with her because he dermaplanes her face and gives her Botox.

Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is when someone uses a scalpel to remove the peach fuzz and dead skin from the top layer of the face. Dermaplaning exfoliates the skin, removes hair, and helps makeup to go on more smoothly.

Zach Childress of Access Aesthetics

Zach Childress is an aesthetics nurse at Access Aesthetics and often pops up in Madison’s Instastories. He has given Madison’s Southern Charm co-stars some injectables as well. Naomie openly shared that Zach gives her Botox and Kathryn received fillers before the Southern Charm reunion.

I can’t wait for Madison to share some of her makeup recommendations next!!
