Since the OG Rainbow Highlighters and Rainbow Highlighters Part Two posts went up, rainbow highlighters are getting even more popular!
Milk Makeup Holographic Stick
Milk Makeup has come out with a solid Holographic Stick highlighter ($28) that can be used on cheeks, eyes, lips, or your body. You can use it with or without makeup to give you a prismatic ethereal glow.
Here’s a photo I found on lauraneuzeth.com:
Check out her blog for a video, more photos, and a review! Highlighters can be applied to the tops of cheekbones, down the bridge of your nose, on your cupid’s bow above your top lip, on your eyes in the inner corner or on the lid as a shadow, or on the brow bone. You can also apply them on your body for a nice glow on your shoulders and collar bones.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit in Moonchild
I keep seeing this 6 pan highlighter palette popping up all over social media and YouTube. For $40 you get these colors:
Blue Ice – Diamond white with an icy blue reflect
Star – A moonstone fusion of mint, platinum and silver reflect
Purple Horseshoe – A glittering lavender with an arctic blue reflect
Pink Heart – Pearl white with a pink opal reflect
Lucky Clover – A shamrock-infused gold with canary yellow diamond reflect
Blue Moon – Frozen blue with a silver reflect
They recommend applying it with a brush or use a damp makeup brush or sponge for an intensified look. Here’s an amazing video for some inspiration:

Jeffree Star Cosmetics Skin Frosts in Deep Freeze and Lavender Snow
On Rainbow Highlighters Part Two I talked about Jeffree Star’s Mint Condition highlighter, but he has added 2 more fun ones to the collection since then- Lavender Snow a frozen lilac petal color
and Deep Freeze a sparkly baby blue.
Sleek Midas Touch Highlighting Palette
After Jaclyn Hill raved about the Solstice Highlighting Palette everyone was checking out Sleek MakeUP. Sleek MakeUP also came out with a Cleopatra’s Kiss Highlighting Palette which has some gorgeous golden shades as well.. Here’s swatches from reallyree.com:
Solitaire (far left) is a cream and the other 3 colors are baked powders. Here’s some swatches from misswhitesmakeupdesk.com:
Colourpop Super Shock Cheek Pearlized Highlighter in Sticky Sweet
The Colourpop highlighter in Sticky Sweet ($8) is a deep violet with a pink duo chrome finish is so STUNNING! (update: this shade is discontinued)
These swatches are showing the color as super bold, but I’ve read reviews saying it starts off as semi-sheer and is very buildable and blendable. Here’s a swatch from one of my faves temptalia.com:
This one would make a really pretty blush too!
